Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced it is in the process of closing a bridge spanning Ludington Run approximately one mile southwest of Ulysses Borough in Potter County following an inspection earlier today.
PennDOT is currently placing detour signage directing traffic to follow Route 1008 (Cross Road), Route 1001 (Fox Hill Road), and Route 1003 (South Street) back to Route 49. The detour will remain in place until PennDOT can make repairs to the abutments, which it currently anticipates taking approximately a week.
