    Line Painting Operations Next Week in District 11

    Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is advising motorists that line painting operations on various roadways in Lawrence and Allegheny counties will occur Saturday, July 22 and Monday through Friday, July 24-28 weather permitting.

    Work to repaint lines will occur from 5 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 22 in the following locations:

    Allegheny County

    • I-376 (Parkway West) between Beaver County and the Montour Run Road (Exit 58) interchange

    • Route 286 in Plum Borough

    • Route 2054 Northern Pike in the Municipality of Monroeville

    Work to repaint lines will occur from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 24-28 in the following locations:

    Allegheny County

    • I-279 from Camp Horne Road in Ohio Township to the Fort Duquesne Bridge in the City of Pittsburgh

    • Route 2058 Hulton Road in Plum Borough and the Municipality of Penn Hills

    • Route 2072 Renton Road in Plum Borough

    • Route 2075 New Texas Road in Plum Borough

    • Route 2076 Old Leechburg Road in Plum Borough

    • Route 2082 Coxcomb Hill Road in Plum and Oakmont boroughs

    • Route 2084 Milltown Road in Plum Borough and the Municipality of Penn Hills

    • Route 2086 Leechburg Road in Plum Borough and the Municipality of Penn Hills

    • Route 2090 Webster Road in Plum Borough

    • Route 3005 Mayview Road in Upper St. Clair and South Fayette townships

    • Route 3012 Stoltz Road in the Municipality of Bethel Park

    • Route 3034 Lesnett Road/Kelso Road in Upper St. Clair Township and the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon

    Roadway line painting is an important part of PennDOT’s highway safety initiatives. Paint lines provide direction, delineation, and guidance to motorists.

    Generally, PennDOT is not responsible for paint on vehicles.

    Motorists should use caution and be aware of changing traffic patterns when driving through the area.
