Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing mobile single-lane restrictions in both directions of Interstate 79 in Franklin Park Borough and Marshall Township, Allegheny County will occur Monday, May 5 weather permitting.
Mobile single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions of I-79 between the I-79/I-279 split and the Youngstown OH/Harrisburg/I-76 Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 77) interchange from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, May 5. PennDOT crews will conduct survey layout work.
If there is inclement weather, the work will occur from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 6. Additional details will be provided in advance of the rescheduled work.
Please use caution if traveling in the corridor. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
