Kahle Bridge Rehabilitation in Richland Township, Clarion County Begins July 17

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is alerting motorists to a bridge rehabilitation with a detour on Master Road (State Route 3020) in Richland Township, Clarion County.

The project consists of repairs to the concrete deck, new approach slabs, and other miscellaneous replacements to rehabilitate the bridge.

From July 17 through October 6, Master Road (State Route 3020) between State Route 38 and State Route 58 will be closed.  To detour, starting on State Route 58, go west towards Saint Petersburg. Once in Saint Petersburg make a right onto State Route 478. Stay on State Route 478 until you reach State Route 38. Turn right onto State Route 38 and follow this until you reach Master Road.

Kukurin Contracting, Inc. of Export, PA is completing this $417,500 project.
