6:30 PM UPDATE: Route 15 southbound in Liberty Township, Tioga County is now open.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 15 southbound are closed at mile marker 165 (Sebring Exit) in Liberty Township, Tioga County, due to a multi vehicle crash.
Detour information will follow. Motorists should be alert and expect delays in travel.
