Route 380 Frankstown Road Gas Line Work Starts Next Week in Penn Hills

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Route 380 (Frankstown Road) in the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County will begin Monday, July 24 weather permitting.

Lane restrictions controlled by flaggers will occur on Frankstown Road between Duff Road and Lime Hollow Road daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through late September. Crews from the M. O’Herron Company will conduct natural gas mainline work.
