Reminder: Lane Restriction in Place on WB Route 22/322 in Dauphin County; Delays Expected

Harrisburg, PA – This is a reminder that a lane restriction is in place on westbound Route 22/322 from Route 443 (Fishing Creek) to the Dauphin Boro/Stony Creek Exit in Dauphin County. Major delays are expected, especially during periods of heavy traffic.

The restriction is in place so a PennDOT maintenance crew can correct a dip in the road. This work began today and will continue through tomorrow, Thursday, October 19.

Due to high traffic volumes on this road, traffic delays are expected, especially during peak hours. Motorists should be alert, drive with caution and watch for stopped or slow-moving traffic.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following local alerts on X.
