Nighttime Lane Restrictions Next Week on I-83 at Exit 4 (Route 851/Shrewsbury) in York County

Contractor to replace bridge seals

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that nighttime lane restrictions are planned for next week on Interstate 83 at Exit 4 (Route 851/Shrewsbury) in York County. These traffic restrictions will be in place so a contractor can replace the seals on the I-83 bridge spanning Route 851.

Weather permitting, this work will be performed from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the nights of Monday, June 19, through Thursday, June 22.

Lane restrictions will be in place. Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.

Kinsley Construction, Inc., of York, PA, is the contractor for this work.
