King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that PECO Energy will be performing a water main installation on Strasburg Road in East Goshen Township, Chester County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, June 17, through Thursday, October 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Strasburg Road will be closed weekdays between Misak Drive and Ellis Lane. During the weekday closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Route 352 (N. Chester Road).
Local access will be maintained at all times through the work zone. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Aqua PA will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
