Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a portion of Route 1004 (Old Berwick Road) will be closed in Lime Ridge, South Centre Township, Columbia County, for a water main project.
On Monday, September 25, 2023 through Saturday, September 30, 2023, Old Berwick Road will be closed between Lincoln Drive and Main Street, while the contractor replaces a water main. Residents will have access to their property on either side of the work area.
A detour using Route 1003 (Low Road), Route 11 (Columbia Boulevard), and Route 93 (Market Street) in Berwick, will be in place for the duration of the project.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
