Paving Project Set to Begin Next Week on Route 44 in Cummings Township, Lycoming County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a paving project is set to begin next week in Cummings Township, Lycoming County beginning at the intersection of Route 4001 (Little Pine Creek Road) and continuing six miles north to approximately one mile south of the intersection with Route 664.

On Thursday, October 5, 2023, the contractor, Glenn O Hawbaker, Inc. will begin milling the bridge decks with paving beginning on Monday, October 9, 2023. Work is expected to be completed Friday, October 13, 2023, weather permitting.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, and drive with caution through the work zone.
