Lane Restrictions on County Line Road in Union and Snyder Counties Begin Next Week

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a base repair project is set to begin next week on Route 1017 (County Line Road) in Union and Snyder counties.

Beginning Monday, May 20, 2024, a contractor working for UGI Utilities will begin a blacktop base repair project as part of a gas main replacement project. Work will take place between Trutt Road in Union Township, Union County and Route 1017 (Park Road) in Monroe Township, Snyder County. Work on this section of County Line Road will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and is expected to be completed on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, weather pending.

When the first section is complete on or about Tuesday, May 28, 2024, the contractor will begin performing blacktop base repairs on Park Road between County Line Road and Route 1016 (Kratzerville Road) in Monroe Township, Snyder County. This work is expected to be completed on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, weather permitting.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, and expect delays in travel.
