5:00 AM UPDATE: Route 87 is open in Lycoming County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 87 is closed in both directions between Route 973 in Upper Fairfield Township and Lower Barbours Road (Route 1005) in Plunketts Creek, Lycoming County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using Route 1003 (Wallis Run Road) and Lower Barbours Road. Motorists should expect delays in travel and avoid the area.
