Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of single lane restrictions on Route 11 (Barry King Bridge) in Northumberland Borough, Northumberland County, for bridge flushing.
On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing bridge flushing on the Barry King Bridge between County Line Road and Route 405 (Duke Street) in Northumberland Borough. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging. Work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for stopped or slow-moving vehicles, watch for lane changes, and drive with caution through the work zone.
