Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of rolling roadblocks tomorrow morning on Interstate 180 eastbound in the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County, for pavement maintenance.
On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, between the hours of 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, motorists can expect rolling roadblocks between Exit 28 (Maynard Street) and Exit 25 (Faxon), while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew removes the bump across the eastbound lanes. Excessive heat caused the asphalt to expand, creating the bump. Maintenance crews will mill the raised asphalt to create a level surface.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delay in travel, and drive with caution.
