Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that the railroad crossing on Route 3039 (Robertson Street) is scheduled to close Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23, in West Newton Borough, Westmoreland County.
Crews from CSX Transportation will be performing maintenance. All work depends on weather and operations.
A posted detour will be in place using North Second Street, Plummer School Road, Herminie West Newton Road, Lowber Road, Sutersville Road, and Robertson Street.
PennDOT is not involved in this work and is providing this information as a public service announcement only.
