Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing widening work requiring lane narrowing on Route 51 (State Avenue) in the Borough of Coraopolis, Allegheny County will start Monday, June 5 weather permitting.
Long-term lane narrowing on Route 51 will begin at 9 a.m. Monday morning between Cornell Street and Orchard Street through late August. Two 11-foot wide lanes will be maintained as crews conduct widening work including concrete pavement rehabilitation, milling and paving, curb and sidewalk improvements, drainage upgrades, and line striping
Crews from Michael Facchiano Contracting will conduct the work for the Montour Junction Sports & Athletics Complex.
