Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a lane restriction on northbound Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) in Emsworth Borough and Kilbuck Township, Allegheny County will occur Wednesday through Friday, January 10-12 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur on northbound Route 65 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day at the following locations:

Between Camp Horne Road and North Avenue

At Pennsylvania Avenue

Between Walliston Avenue and Huntington Avenue

Between Hazelwood Avenue and Toms Run Road
Crews from State Pipe Services will conduct work on Emsworth Borough sanitary sewer lines.
