Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to view plans regarding the replacement of the bridge that carries Clarksburg Road (State Route 3007) over Blacklegs Creek in Conemaugh Township, Indiana County.
The in-person meeting will be held at the Trinity Presbyterian Church of Clarksburg on March 7, 2023. The public is invited to attend 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The purpose of the plans display for this bridge replacement project is to share preliminary information on the project's status, schedule, design, and right-of-way acquisition. PennDOT representatives along with design consultants will be available to answer questions.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026. Traffic will be detoured during the replacement of the structure using state roads.
The project documents will be made available in alternative languages or formats if requested.
