Contractor removed electronic message board
Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that all lanes are clear this morning on northbound Interstate 83 between Exit 41 (Lemoyne) in Cumberland County and Exit 43 (2nd Street/Capitol) in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County.
Lane and ramp restrictions were implemented this morning so a contractor could remove an electronic message board that was hit and knocked over.
This work has been completed and all traffic restrictions have been lifted.
