Inspection Planned for EB Route 322 over Eisenhower Blvd., I-283 in Dauphin County

Ramp from Eisenhower Blvd to EB Route 322 will be closed; traffic detoured

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the ramp from Eisenhower Boulevard to eastbound Route 322 in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, is scheduled to be closed Saturday, October 26. The ramp will be closed so the eastbound Route 322 bridge over Eisenhower Boulevard and Interstate 283 can be inspected.

Weather permitting, this work will be performed from 6:00 AM to noon on Saturday, October 26.

A detour will be in place. Travelers should continue south on Eisenhower Boulevard to Route 441 (Lindle Road), turn left onto Lindle Road then proceed to the ramp to northbound I-283, then take northbound I-283 to the ramp to eastbound Route 322.

Motorists should be alert and watch for changing traffic patterns and detour signs.
