UPDATE Route 4012 Brush Creek Road Excavation and Paving Begins Next Monday in Westmoreland County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is providing additional details for scheduled construction on Route 4012 (Brush Creek Road) between Brush Street and Trolley Street in Manor Borough, Westmoreland County.

Crews from Beaver Excavating will be excavating for a storm sewer line which will require a single-lane restriction from Monday, August 19 to Friday, August 23.

Asphalt paving will necessitate a full closure from Monday, August 26 to Wednesday, August 28. A posted detour will be in place using:

  • Brush Creek Road
  • Penn Street
  • Elm Street
  • Third Street
  • Broadway Street
  • Penn Manor Road 

This work is an infrastructure investment of $1.9M and all work depends on weather and operations.
