Pipe Replacement Project to Begin Next Week on Bachmanville Road (Route 2011) in Dauphin County

Road will be closed to through traffic; detour will be in place

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a PennDOT maintenance crew in Dauphin County is scheduled to begin a pipe replacement project next week on Bachmanville Road (Route 2011) in Conewago Township. The pipe is located between Stauffers Church Road and Schoolhouse Road in the township.

Weather permitting, work will begin at 6:00 AM Monday, July 31, and be completed by Friday, August 11. Bachmanville Road will be closed to through traffic at the pipe location. A detour will be in place using Route 341 and Route 743.
