King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that North Wales Water Authority will be performing a water facility installation on Ferry Road in New Britain Township, Bucks County, beginning Thursday, May 18.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Thursday, May 18, through Friday, December 1, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday closure is scheduled on Ferry Road between Park Avenue and Route 313 (Swamp Road). During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 313 (Swamp Road), Route 611, Butler Avenue/State Street, and Route 152 (Main Street).
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
North Wales Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
