King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that various maintenance activities are scheduled in Bucks and Chester counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Tuesday, August 20, through Tuesday, August 27, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Rocky Ridge Road/Rock Hill Road will be closed weekdays between Paletown Road and Route 313 (Doylestown Pike) in Richland and East Rockhill townships, Bucks County, for base repair. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Paletown Road and Route 313 (Doylestown Pike).
- Tuesday, August 20, through Tuesday, August 27, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday day periodic road closure will take place on Route 263 (Upper York Road) between Lower York Road and Route 32 (River Road) in Solebury and Buckingham townships, Bucks County, for pipe replacement. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Lower York Road and Route 32 (River Road).
- Thursday, August 22, and Friday, August 23, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Media Road will be closed between Pugh Road and Barren Road/5th Street in East Nottingham Township, Chester County, for pipe replacement. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Pugh Road, Woods Road, and 5th Street.
