King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that pipe replacement is scheduled on two state highways in Bucks and Chester counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, April 14, through Wednesday, April 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Route 563 (Ridge Road) will be closed between Bethlehem Pike and Park Avenue in East Rockhill Township and Perkasie Borough, Bucks County. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Bethlehem Pike/Main Street/Diamond Street, Route 113 (Main Street/Souderton Road), and Route 313 (Dublin Pike).
- Monday, April 21, through Friday, May 2, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Lewis Mills Road will be closed weekdays at the intersection with Route 82 (Manor Road) in West Nantmeal Township, Chester County. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 82 (Manor Road), Creek Road, and Lewis Mills Road.
Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
