    Reading, PA – Tomorrow, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 5 will join with Reading City Police Department and the Highway Safety Network at an event to remind motorists the importance of not driving while impaired and other safe driving behaviors during the upcoming holidays and throughout the year.
