    Tomorrow, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), will join with the family of Joseph Walker at the unveiling of signs renaming the Park Road Bridge over Norfolk Southern Railroad as the Joseph Walker Memorial Bridge in Wyomissing Borough, Berks County.


    Joseph was a Berks County PennDOT worker who lost his life on duty in 1971.
