Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a sign project that will take place in two weeks at the intersection of Stony Fork Road (Route 3007) and Balsam Road (Route 3010) / Pheasant Hill Road in Delmar Township, Tioga County.
On September 18, 2024, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be installing a stop sign on the northbound and southbound lanes of Stony Fork Road, making this intersection a four-way stop. The new stop control is the result of a traffic and engineer study that was recently performed.
Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following local alerts on X.
