Route 15 Microsurfacing Project in Tioga County Set to Begin

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a microsurfacing project begins next week on Route 15 in both directions between the Route 660 Interchange in Richmond Township, Tioga County and the New York Border.

Beginning Monday, April 15, 2024, the contractor, Suit-Kote Corporation, will begin the project which includes microsurfacing, base repairs, bridge preservation, and other miscellaneous work. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with work being completed during daylight hours.

Motorists are urged to drive with caution in the area.

Suit-Kote Corporation is the prime contractor on this $4.5 million project.
