Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane restriction next week on Route 11 northbound in Shamokin Dam Borough, Monroe Township, Snyder County, for a maintenance project.
On Sunday, May 19, 2024 through Friday, May 24, 2024, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing base repairs on Route 11 northbound between Eighth Avenue and Tower Road. Motorists can expect the right (driving) lane to be restricted. Work will be performed daily between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for lane changes, and drive with caution through the work zone.
