Soil Remediation Project Next Week on Route 220 SB in Piatt Township, Lycoming County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane restriction next week on Route 220 southbound in Piatt Township, Lycoming County, for a soil remediation project due to a previous crash.

On Thursday, April 17, 2025, the contractor, Bressler’s Environmental Service, will be performing soil remediation on Route 220 southbound between Pine Run Road (Route 3007) and Wagner Road. Motorists can expect the right (driving) lane and shoulder to be restricted. Work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weather pending. 

Motorists can expect delays are and urged to watch for slow moving traffic and construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway; and should drive with caution in the area.
