2:00 PM UPDATE: Both lanes of Route 15 northbound are open in Cogan House Township, Lycoming County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane closure on Route 15 northbound, north of exit 155 (Route 184 / Steam Valley), in Cogan House Township, Lycoming County, due to a vehicle fire.
Motorists should expect the right (driving) lane to be restricted.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
