Routes 21, 40/119 Ramp Repairs Begin Tomorrow in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that lane shifts are scheduled to begin tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29, 7:00 AM, at the on- and off-ramps where Routes 21 (McClellandtown Road) and 40/119 (Highway 40 West) converge in South Union Township, Fayette County. 

Crews from Penn Line Service will be repairing damage to the ramps' concrete median barriers – a $46K infrastructure improvement. Work is anticipated through early June depending on weather and operations. 

Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
