Route 2063 Beallsville Road Slide Repair in Washington County POSTPONED to August 19

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that Route 2063 (Beallsville Road) is scheduled to close Monday, August 19 (previously Thursday, August 8), between Route 88 (Front Street) and Prospect Street in Fredericktown, East Bethlehem Township, Washington County.

County maintenance department slide crew will be conducting slide repairs – an infrastructure improvement of $20K. Work is anticipated through late August depending on weather and operations. 

A posted nine-mile detour will be in place using: 
  • Route 88 (Front Street). 
  • Route 2024, 2057 (Crawford Road). 
  • Route 2041 (Morey Road, Maiden Street). 
  • Route 2063 (Ridgewood Drive, Beallsville Road).
