Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that a portion of Route 2026 (Ridge Road) is scheduled to close Thursday, May 30, between Small Street and the Norfolk Southern Railway trestle overpass in Centerville Borough, Washington County.
The closure is anticipated through mid- to late June depending on weather and operations.
A posted detour will be in place using Route 2026 (Main Street/Denbo Road), Route 2089 (Alicia Avenue), and Route 88 (Low Hill Road).
Crews from Washington County maintenance slide crew will be performing slide repair work – a $20K infrastructure investment.
