Route 791 Rodi Road Improvement Work Continues in Penn Hills

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing improvement work on Route 791 (Rodi Road) in the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County continues tonight, Monday night, May 20 weather permitting.

A portion of Rodi Road will close to traffic weeknights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday night, May 30.  Crews A. Liberoni, Inc. will conduct inlet installation work requiring the overnight closures of Rodi Road between Frankstown Road and Jefferson Road. Traffic will be detoured.

North of the Closure

  • Follow Frankstown Road (Route 380) west

  • Turn left onto Beulah Road (Route 130)

  • Turn left onto Churchill Road

  • Turn left onto the ramp to East 376 toward Monroeville

  • Take the ramp to Business 22 Monroeville (Exit 80)

  • Turn left onto Rodi Road

  • End detour

South of the Closure

  • Follow Rodi Road south

  • Take the ramp to West 376/22 toward Pittsburgh

  • From westbound 376 (Parkway East), take the left-hand ramp to Route 130 Churchill (Exit 79B)

  • Turn right onto Beulah Road (Route 130)

  • Turn right onto Frankstown Road (Route 380)

  • Follow Frankstown Road back to Rodi Road

  • End detour

From Westbound Business 22

  • Take the left-hand ramp to West 376/22 toward Pittsburgh

  • From westbound 376 (Parkway East), take the left-hand ramp to Route 130 Churchill (Exit 79B)

  • Turn right onto Beulah Road (Route 130)

  • Turn right onto Frankstown Road (Route 380)

  • Follow Frankstown Road back to Rodi Road

  • End detour
