Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Route 380 (Saltsburg Road, Frankstown Road) in the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County will begin Wednesday, July 5 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic restrictions will occur weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and weekends from 7 p.m. Friday night through 7 p.m. Saturday night through late October in the following locations:

Saltsburg Road between Frankstown Road and Leechburg Road

Frankstown Road between Verona Road and Saltsburg Road
Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
Improvement work includes milling and paving, concrete repairs, drainage upgrades, base and shoulder repairs, guide rail updates, pavement markings, and other various construction related activities.
The prime contractor is A. Liberoni, Inc. on this $9 million group paving project.
