Paving Work Underway on Greentree, Cochran Roads in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Greentree Road (Route 3052) and Cochran Road (Route 121) in Scott Township and the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Allegheny County will begin today, Wednesday, May 31 weather permitting.

Lane restrictions will occur in the following locations: 

  • Cochran Road between Beverly Road and Greentree Road weeknights from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. through late 2023

  • Greentree Road between Cochran Road and Washington Pike weeknights from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through late 2023

Work may occur on weekends and weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as needed.

Improvement work includes milling and paving, concrete patching, drainage upgrades, base repairs, guide rail updates, utility adjustments, pavement markings, and other various construction related activities.

The prime contractor on this $7.41 million group paving job is Mele & Mele & Sons, Inc.
