    Line Painting Operations this Week in District 11

    Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is advising motorists that line painting operations on various roadways in Beaver and Allegheny counties will occur Monday through Saturday, May 15-20 weather permitting.

    Work to repaint lines will occur from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the following locations:

    Allegheny County

    • Route 366 in various municipalities

    • Route 1001 Tenth Avenue/Freeport Road between Route 366 in Tarentum Borough and Butler County

    • Route 1027 Pleasantville Road in Harrison Township

    • Route 1028 Bakerstown Road in various municipalities

    • Route 1029 Deer Creek Road in West Deer Township

    • Route 1032 Burtner Road in Harrison and Fawn townships

    • Route 1033 Howes Run Road in Fawn Township

    • Route 1037 Saxonburg Road in Fawn and Harrison townships

    • Route 1039 Silverville Road in Harrison Township

    • Route 1045 Armstrong Road in West Deer Township

    • Route 4070 Ingomar Road/Wildwood Road in Hampton and McCandless townships

    • Route 4086 Pine Creek Road/Blazier Road in McCandless Township and Franklin Park Borough

    Beaver County

    • Route 68 in Ohioville Borough

    • Route 65 in North Sewickley Township

    • Route 288 in Ellwood City Borough and Franklin Township

    • Route 1001 River Road in North Sewickley Township

    • Route 1002 Cherryhill Road in North Sewickley Township

    • Route 1003 Brighton Road in North Sewickley Township and Ellwood City Borough

    • Route 1005 Chapel Road in North Sewickley Township

    • Route 1009 Old Furnace Road/Fombell Road in Franklin Township

    • Route 1012 Harpers Ferry Road in North Sewickley Township

    • Route 1017 Ridge Road in Marion Township

    Work to repaint lines will occur from 5 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 20 in the following locations:

    Allegheny County

    • I-376 (Parkway East) between the Squirrel Hill/Homestead (Exit 74) and Churchill Route 130 (Exit 79B) interchanges

    Beaver County

    • I-376 (Beaver Valley Expressway) between the Midland/Beaver (Exit 38A-B) interchange and Allegheny County

    Roadway line painting is an important part of PennDOT’s highway safety initiatives. Paint lines provide direction, delineation, and guidance to motorists.

    Generally, PennDOT is not responsible for paint on vehicles.

    Motorists should use caution and be aware of changing traffic patterns when driving through the area.
