I-376 Parkway West Overnight Lane Restrictions Begin Monday Night in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is advising motorists that overnight lane restrictions on I- I-376 (Parkways West and East) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will begin Monday night, May 1 weather permitting. 

Crews will conduct the removal of existing pavement markings and installation of new durable pavement markings requiring lane restrictions in the following locations: 

  • I-376 Parkway East in both directions between the Fort Pitt Bridge and the Greenfield Bridge nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. through late May.

  • I-376 Parkway West in both directions between the Carnegie (Exit 65) interchange and the Fort Pitt Tunnel from 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. through late May.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
