    District 11 Road Closures, Restrictions Due to Storm – 9:30 P.M. Update

    Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is advising motorists that portions of the following state roadways are closed or restricted due to downed trees and utilities:

    Allegheny County

    • Harrison Road (Route 2023) between Lovedale Road and Liberty Way in Lincoln Borough

    • West Hardies Road (Route 4067) at Wickline Road in Hampton Township

    • North Branch Road (Route 3108) near Whittengale Road in North Fayette Township

     Beaver County

    • Tuscarawas Road (Route 4028) between Center Drive and Laurel Drive in Brighton Township

    • Route 18 between Montgomery Dam Road and Mowery Road in Potter Township

    • Mellon Road (Route 1018) between Powell Road and Ridge Road in New Sewickley Township

    • Gringo Independence Road (Route 3036) between Davidson Lane and Boake Drive in Hopewell Township

    • Route 30 between Route 168 and Route 151 in Greene Township

    • Shippingport Hill Road (Route 3016) between Route 18 in Raccoon Township and Route 168 in Shippingport Borough

     Lawrence County

    • Route 317 between Main Street and Smalls Ferry Road in North Beaver Township

    • Pulaski Road (Route 4004) between Route 18 and Maitland Lane in Neshannock Township

    • Route 158 between Wilson Mill Road and Johnston Road in Wilmington Township

    • Route 168 between Hartzell Road and Route 388 in Hickory Township

    • Old Plank Road (Route 1003) at Oakwood Way in Neshannock Township

    • Mill Street (Route 1005) between Market Street in Wilmington Township and Mercer County

     Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions on 2,900 miles, by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.

    511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
