Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a short-term closure of the ramp from the 31st Street Bridge to southbound Route 28 in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Sunday morning, December 29 weather permitting.
The ramp carrying traffic from the 31st Street Bridge to southbound Route 28 will close to traffic from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sunday for PennDOT maintenance activities. Motorists can use northbound Route 28 to the Millvale off-ramp (Exit 3B) to East Ohio Street, back to southbound Route 28 as their detour route. No detour signs will be installed due to the short duration of the closure.
