Contract Awarded for Secondary Road Paving Project in Armstrong County

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 10 has awarded a $4.7 million contract to Derry Construction Company, Inc., of Latrobe to repave six secondary routes in Armstrong County.

The State Routes includes 38.23 miles as follows:

  • 4.31 miles on Route 1020
  • 1.85 miles on Route 1027
  • 11.67 miles on Route 1028
  • 6.42 miles on Route 1035
  • 7.03 miles on Route 1037
  • 6.95 miles on Route 2003

Work is anticipated to begin at the end of July and continue through mid-September.  Additional information will proceed the start of each paving project to alert motorists to any potential traffic delays.
