Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing lane restrictions for a water line replacement project in Ford City, Armstrong County on Route 128 between 2nd Avenue and 15th Street.
J.S. Bova Excavating, LLC will be installing a water line May 5 through October 31. Work will be completed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
Traffic restrictions will be controlled primarily with temporary signals and flaggers will be used as needed. Motorists should use caution in the area and may experience delays. Street parking will be restricted at times.
