Resurfacing Project Begins This Week on Route 15 in Cogan House Township, Lycoming County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a roadway resurfacing project begins this week on Route 15 northbound in Cogan House Township, Lycoming County.

Starting Monday, September 9, 2024, the contractor HRI, Inc., will begin milling the northbound lanes of Route 15 between Route 184 in Cogan House Township and south of Route 284 in Jackson Township. Motorists should expect alternating lane restrictions where work is being performed. Work will be performed during daylight hours.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, watch for lane changes, and drive with caution through the work zone.

HRI, Inc., is the prime contractor for this $800,000 resurfacing project of Route 15 northbound. Work on this project includes milling of the roadway, resurfacing, and guide rail upgrades. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed in the fall of 2024, weather permitting.
