King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has scheduled bridge construction on U.S. 422 in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, and Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, May 13, from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, a single lane closure with periodic traffic paces will be in place on U.S. 422 in both directions between U.S. 202 and 1st Avenue.
Motorists should use caution and be prepared for slow or stopped traffic approaching the work area. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
