King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that crack sealing operations are scheduled on several state highways in Philadelphia on Monday, May 8, through Thursday, May 11, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning.
The work locations are:
- State Road between Grant Avenue and Cottman Avenue;
- Grant Avenue between Bustleton Avenue and State Road;
- Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) between Evans Street and Millbrook Road;
- Delaware Avenue/Richmond Street between Columbia Avenue and Sergeant Street;
- Rhawn Street between State Road and Oxford Avenue; and
- Broad Street between Hamilton Street and Indiana Avenue.
The work is part of a PennDOT project to perform crack sealing operations on state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.
Road-Con, Inc. of West Chester, Chester County is the general contractor on this $2.2 million project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
