3:00 PM UPDATE: Route 45 is now open in West Buffalo Township, Union County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 45 (Old Turnpike Road) are closed between Route 3010 (Swengel Road) and Route 3005 (4 Bells Church Road) in West Buffalo Township, Union County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using Swengel Road and 4 Bells Church Road is in place. Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel and drive with caution.
