Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a single-lane restriction in both directions of Route 28 in Sharpsburg and Aspinwall boroughs, and O’Hara Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, March 10 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur in both directions of Route 28 between the Route 8 north/south (Exit 5 A-B) and Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall (Exit 6) interchanges from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, March 10-14. Crews will conduct ITS repair work.
